Synopsis:

Requiring the Maryland Transportation Authority to accept at the John F. Kennedy Memorial Highway during specified hours the same Automatic Vehicle Identification electronic toll collection device that is accepted at the Thomas J. Hatem Memorial Bridge; etc.
