Foundation
Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $150,000, the
proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Trustees of the
Accokeek Foundation, Inc. for the planing, design, construction,
repair, renovation, and reconstruction of the boat dock at the
Accokeek Foundation site in Piscataway Park; requiring the grantee to
grant and convey a specified easement to the Maryland Historical
Trust; etc.
