Washington County - Property Tax Credit
Authorizing the governing body of Washington County to grant, by law,
a credit for the taxable year that begins July 1, 2006, against the
county property tax imposed on specified dwellings; authorizing the
governing body of Washington County to provide, by law, for the amount
of the credit and any other provision necessary to administer the
property tax credit; and making the Act an emergency measure.
