Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration, in consultation with the Greater Allegany Business Foundation and the Garrett County Economic Development Corporation, to develop and make available a registration plate honoring Mountain Maryland; specifying the vehicles that are eligible for the registration plate; requiring the owner of a vehicle issued the registration plate to pay specified fees; providing for the distribution of the additional fee to the Chesapeake Bay Trust and the Maryland Agricultural Education Foundation, Inc.; etc.
