Establishing a Task Force to Study the Electoral Process for Members Serving on the Washington County Board of Education; specifying the membership of the Task Force; specifying the duties of the Task Force; providing for the staffing of the Task Force; providing that members of the Task Force may receive reimbursement for expenses; requiring the Task Force to hold at least three public hearings; requiring the Task Force to issue a report by December 31, 2009, to the Washington County Delegation; etc.
