Maryland Transit Authority Pension Plan - Transfer of Service Credit

Synopsis:

Providing that specified individuals who were members of the Employees' Retirement System and the State Contributory Employees' Pension System may transfer service credit to the Maryland Transit Authority Pension Plan; providing for a refund of member contributions; requiring the transfer of employer contributions to the accumulation fund of the Maryland Transit Authority Pension Plan on behalf of specified individuals; etc.
