Synopsis:

Authorizing the placement of specified speed monitoring systems on specified highways in Baltimore County; making specified provisions of law concerning the enforcement of speed limit laws with specified speed monitoring systems applicable in Baltimore County; authorizing a person who receives a citation under the Act to pay the civil penalty to the Baltimore County Office of Budget and Finance or elect to stand trial; etc.
