Landlord and Tenant - Summary Ejectment - Deceased Tenant

Synopsis:

Authorizing a landlord to bring an action of summary ejectment against a deceased, intestate tenant without next of kin; requiring a landlord to state in a specified written complaint that the tenant is deceased, intestate, and without next of kin; providing that specified property shall be presumed abandoned; etc.
