Creation of a State Debt - Calvert County - Annmarie Garden
Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $350,000, the
proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Trustees of the Koenig
Private Foundation, Inc. for the planning, design, construction,
engineering, and capital equipping of the new building holding a
visitors center, exhibition hall, educational facility, and community
room; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a
requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
