Motor Carrier Transportation Contracts - Indemnity Agreements Void

Synopsis:

Providing that specified indemnity agreements in motor carrier transportation contracts that purport to indemnify the promisee against specified liability resulting from specified conduct by the promisee are against public policy and are void and unenforceable; etc.
