Correctional Officers' Retirement System - Benefits
Providing that surviving spouses or children who are under 18 years
old of deceased retirees of the Correctional Officers' Retirement
System are eligible to receive a specified death benefit; and altering
the formula for computing the retirement allowance of members of the
Correctional Officers' Retirement System.
