Health Insurance - Maryland Health Insurance Plan - Senior Prescription Drug Assistance Program - Extension of Sunset

Synopsis:

Extending the termination date of the Senior Prescription Drug Assistance Program to a specified date; and altering references to a specified obsolete program to clarify that the program being extended under the Act and that is funded by a specified carrier is the Senior Prescription Drug Assistance Program.
