Charles County - Alcoholic Beverages Licenses - Penalty for Late Renewal

Synopsis:

Establishing in Charles County March 31 as the date that an application for the renewal of an alcoholic beverages license is due; establishing a daily penalty of $50 for filing an application late; specifying that the maximum amount that a person may be charged under the Act is $500; and establishing that the renewal application must be submitted on or before the date of the next meeting of the Board of License Commissioners following March 31.
