include the Court of Appeals in provisions authorizing the Child
Support Enforcement Administration to require a licensing authority to
suspend specified professional licenses for failure to pay child
support; authorizing the Administration to make a referral to the
Attorney Grievance Commission for proceedings in accordance with the
Maryland Rules governing attorney discipline under specified
circumstances; etc.
