Procurement - Commercial Nondiscrimination Policy - Modifications

Synopsis:

Requiring the staff of the Maryland Commission on Human Relations to review complaints and to make determinations relating to the Commercial Nondiscrimination Policy; altering the responsibilities of the Commission and Commission staff; requiring the Commission to protect confidential information; altering the standard for specified findings made by Commission staff; altering the procedures regarding contested case hearings; and authorizing the Commission to adopt regulations.
