Synopsis:

Expanding the membership of the Maryland Tourism Development Board by adding two appointments of the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Delegates and three appointments of the Governor who are from specified destination marketing organizations; providing that specified members appointed by the Governor meet specified qualifications; providing that specified members may not vote on any matter before the Board; specifying a legislative intent; etc.
