Alcoholic Beverages Surcharge - Maryland Children's Health Program

Synopsis:

Establishing the Maryland Children's Health Program Fund in the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene; requiring that the Fund be used for purposes related to the Maryland Children's Health Program; providing for the administration of the Fund; imposing a supplemental surcharge of 5% on the sale of alcoholic beverages; providing for the distribution of revenues to the Fund; providing for the distribution of the supplemental surcharge to the Fund; etc.
