Task Force on the Administrative Procedure Act

Synopsis:

Establishing the Task Force on the Administrative Procedure Act; providing for the membership and chair of the Task Force; requiring the Office of the Attorney General to provide staff for the Task Force; prohibiting a member of the Task Force from receiving compensation but entitling members to reimbursement; requiring the Task Force to study judicial review procedures of the Administrative Procedure Act concerning employee discipline; requiring the Task Force to report its findings by December 31, 2008; etc.
