Creation of a State Debt - Baltimore County - Maryland Food Bank

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $250,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Maryland Food Bank, Inc. for the planning, design, construction, reconstruction, and renovation of office space and a community kitchen at the Maryland Food Bank, located in Baltimore City; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; establishing a specified deadline; etc.
