Establishing the minimum amount of a specified liability insurance policy or a specified bond for specified limousines or sedans used to provide specified passenger-for-hire services under specified circumstances; requiring that specified materials advertising passenger-for-hire services by a specified person licensed by the Public Service Commission include a specified permit number; etc.
