Low Speed Emergency Medical Services Vehicles - Operation in St. Mary's County
Allowing the operation of a low speed emergency medical services
vehicle on designated highways in St. Mary's County in a specified
manner without the vehicle being registered under the Maryland Vehicle
Law; providing that the Maryland Vehicle Law does not preclude the
designation of portions of specified highways in St. Mary's County on
which a low speed emergency medical services vehicle may travel;
defining "low speed emergency medical services vehicle"; and altering
a definition.
