St. Mary's County Metropolitan Commission - System Improvement Charges

Synopsis:

Altering the properties for which the St. Mary's County Metropolitan Commission is required to impose and collect a system improvement charge for each equivalent dwelling unit (EDU); and requiring the Commission to impose and collect a specified per EDU system improvement charge at the same time the EDU is allocated.
