Truth in Music Advertising Act
Prohibiting a person from advertising or conducting a live musical
performance or production in the State through the use of a false,
deceptive, or misleading affiliation, connection, or association
between a performing group and a recording group; providing for
exceptions; authorizing the Attorney General to seek an injunction to
prohibit a person from continuing or engaging in a violation;
authorizing a court to enter a judgment; allowing for a civil penalty
of not less than $5,000 or more than $15,000 for each violation; etc.
