Synopsis:

Increasing the program fee imposed on supervisees in the Drinking Driver Monitor Program; altering a requirement that the State budget include an appropriation to pay rent to counties for space occupied by court clerks; altering the calculation of specified State aid to private institutions of higher education and libraries; authorizing the use of specified funds for specified purposes; authorizing the transfer of specified funds; etc.
