High Performance Buildings Act

Synopsis:

Requiring specified buildings constructed or renovated solely with State funds to be high performance buildings under specified circumstances; requiring the Department of Budget and Management and the Department of General Services to establish jointly a waiver process; requiring specified new schools that receive State public school construction funds to be constructed to be high performance buildings; etc.
