Requiring that $83,275,000 of the balance in the Rate Stabilization
Account of the Maryland Health Care Provider Rate Stabilization Fund
that remains at the end of fiscal year 2008 be transferred to the
Revenue Stabilization Account of the State Reserve Fund during fiscal
year 2009.
