Synopsis:

Proposing an amendment to the Maryland Constitution to authorize a District Court Commissioner to issue an interim protective order when a specified petition is filed by a law enforcement officer under specified circumstances; and submitting the amendment to the qualified voters of the State of Maryland for their adoption or rejection.
