Motor Vehicle Excise Tax - Leased Vehicles - Application of Trade-In Value
Altering the definition of "total purchase price" for purposes of the
vehicle excise tax to exclude from the computation of the tax part of
the consideration for the sale of a vehicle; requiring the Motor
Vehicle Administration to adopt regulations; applying the Act
retroactively; requiring the Administration to notify specified
persons of rebates under specified circumstances; defining terms; and
making the Act an emergency measure.
