Synopsis:

Granting a nonprofit association or homeowners association standing in court under specified circumstances; requiring a nonprofit or homeowners association to allege and prove specified conditions before being granted standing; establishing that standing for a nonprofit or homeowners association vests at the conclusion of the individually named party's case and that standing of a nonprofit or homeowners association is limited to asserting specified claims; etc.
