Authorizing the State Real Estate Commission to delegate to a hearing officer the authority to conduct a contested case hearing and to issue findings of fact, conclusions of law, and orders; authorizing the Commission to enter into specified contracts; requiring the Commission to adopt specified regulations; etc.
