Prince George's County - Real Property - Home Builders - Community Amenities PG 416-09

Synopsis:

Requiring that a home builder that agrees to provide a community amenity to a community development in Prince George's County must include in the contract of sale the date by which the community amenity will be available; requiring a home builder to return 10% of the contract price to the purchaser if the home builder fails to include the information in the contract or fails to provide the amenity by the date specified; etc.
