Vehicle Laws - Motor Scooters - Prohibited Roads for Operation
Altering regulations relating to the operation of motor scooters on
roadways so that a person may not operate a motor scooter on a roadway
where the posted maximum speed limit is more than 30 miles an hour and
may not operate a motor scooter at a speed in excess of 30 miles per
hour.
