Requiring a District Court commissioner in issuing specified peace
orders and protective orders, at the option of the petitioner, to
forward a copy of a specified petition and the order to a private
process server for service on the respondent; authorizing service of a
specified petition and specified peace and protective orders on a
nonresident respondent by private process; etc.
