Good Samaritan Laws - Corporations

Synopsis:

Providing that a corporation that provides services or goods in response to a state of emergency proclaimed by the Governor is not liable in damages, under specified circumstances, for personal injury, wrongful death, property damage, or other loss caused by an act, error, or omission in providing the services or goods; etc.
