Sex Offenders - Homeless and Temporary Residents - Registration and Reporting Requirements

Synopsis:

Requiring specified sex offenders to register in person with a specified local law enforcement unit within specified time periods; providing that a specified sex offender may be required to provide specified additional information to a specified local law enforcement unit; establishing that a person is a resident for purposes of the State sex offender registry if the person has a home or other place where the person habitually lives located in the State at the time of a specified event; etc.
