Natural Resources - Land Acquisition - Notification and Approval

Synopsis:

Requiring the Secretary of Natural Resources to provide information about proposed land purchases by the Department of Natural Resources to the county or counties in which the land is located under specified circumstances; and prohibiting the State from acquiring land for open space purposes in Dorchester County unless the County Council of Dorchester County approves the purchase.
