Synopsis:

Authorizing specified employees to file a complaint with the Commissioner of Labor and Industry; requiring that a specified complaint filed by an employee under a specified provision of law is subject to specified procedures; requiring the Commissioner to attempt to resolve a specified issue informally; requiring the Commissioner to issue an order for a hearing under specified circumstances; requiring the Commissioner to take specified actions if an employee if found to be entitled to restitution; etc.
