Child Support - Child Care Expenses
Requiring that actual child care expenses incurred on behalf of a
child due to the full-time attendance by either parent at a specified
educational institution be added to the basic child support obligation
and divided by the parents in proportion to their adjusted actual
incomes under the child support guidelines.
