Shortage
Providing a subtraction modification under the State income tax for
50% of military retirement income of an individual whose federal
adjusted gross income does not exceed $65,000 and who commits to
living and working in the State in a health care field identified as
having a health care workforce shortage; applying the Act to taxable
years beginning after December 31, 2012; etc.
