Bail Bondsmen - Acceptance of Installment Contracts
Providing that if a bail bondsman arranges to accept payment of a bail
bond premium in installments, the installment agreement shall include
information about the total premium amount owed, down payment made,
and other terms of the installment contract; requiring that
information about the bail bond premium installment payment agreement
be included in an affidavit of surety; etc.
