Orphans' Court - Minor - Guardianship of the Person
Altering the authority of an orphans' court to exercise jurisdiction
over guardianship of the person of a minor by repealing a specified
requirement that the presiding judge of the orphans' court be a member
of the Bar of Maryland; providing that an orphans' court may exercise
jurisdiction over guardianship of the person of a minor in uncontested
matters; and applying the Act prospectively.
