Environment - Recycling - Manufacturer Takeback for E-Waste
Prohibiting, beginning on January 1, 2013, specified electronics
manufacturers from selling, offering for sale, or delivering for
subsequent sale in the State specified electronic devices unless a
specified label is permanently affixed to the device and the
manufacturer has registered with and submitted a specified fee to the
Department of the Environment in a specified manner; requiring
specified electronics manufacturers to implement and finance specified
electronics takeback programs and file specified reports; etc.
