Maryland Agricultural Land Preservation Foundation - Appraisal Requirement
Increasing from one to two the number of fair market value appraisals
required for the termination of an easement approved by the Maryland
Agricultural Land Preservation Foundation; requiring the Department of
General Services to review the two appraisals, make a determination as
to the fair market value of the land on which the easement will be
terminated, issue a specified statement to the Foundation, and issue a
specified notice to the landowner; etc.
