Environment - Controlled Hazardous Substance Driver Certification - Elimination
Repealing a requirement that the Department of the Environment certify
specified drivers of controlled hazardous substance vehicles;
repealing a requirement that specified drivers of controlled hazardous
substance vehicles carry a specified certificate; repealing
requirements that specified drivers submit specified evidence and pay
a specified fee; altering the definition of "controlled hazardous
substance vehicle driver"; and requiring the Department to conduct a
review and report its findings on or before December 15, 2012.
