Property Tax Assessment Appeals - Comparable Properties - Internet Access to Worksheets

Synopsis:

Requiring the State Department of Assessments and Taxation to maintain a database, available to the public on the Department's Web site, of information on any property that may be used as a comparable during the property tax assessment appeal process; repealing an authorization for the Department to charge a specified fee for copies of information on properties used for comparables for property tax appeals; etc.
