Medical Laboratories - Laboratory Test and Clinical Laboratory Fees - Schedule

Synopsis:

Requiring a licensed medical laboratory to produce a fee schedule that includes specified information; requiring a fee schedule to be regularly updated to provide specified information; requiring a fee schedule and any supplemental materials to be published in specified formats; and requiring a medical laboratory to provide a specified fee schedule and supplemental materials to a licensed physician on request of the physician.
