Public Service Commission - Application for Substantial Influence - Divestiture
of Gas and Electric Company
Prohibiting the Public Service Commission from approving a specified
application that requests authorization for Exelon Corporation to
acquire the power to exercise substantial influence over the policies
and actions of Baltimore Gas and Electric Company unless the
Commission requires, as a condition of approval in an order under a
specified case or any related or subsequent case, the resulting
company to divest itself of Baltimore Gas and Electric Company; and
making the Act an emergency measure.
