Altering minimum percentages of average daily receipts from the sale
of food that Baltimore County restaurants must maintain for a
specified purpose; authorizing the Baltimore County Board of Liquor
License Commissioners to approve the transfer of specified licenses in
existence in a specified election district on a specified date to
specified election districts based on a specified rule; establishing
limits on the number of licenses that may be transferred into a single
election district during specified periods; etc.
