State Personnel - Collective Bargaining - Applicability
Providing specified collective bargaining rights to specified State
employees; specifying the responsibilities of the State Labor
Relations Board in administering and enforcing specified provisions of
law relating to the collective bargaining rights of specified
employees; and requiring the State Labor Relations Board, at the
request of a specified exclusive representative, to determine
bargaining units for specified employees, accrete specified State
employees into bargaining units, and hold a specified election.
