Requiring that specified ethics statements and reports be made
available to the general public on the Internet through an online
registration program; requiring that the ethics statements and reports
be submitted in an electronic format; providing that a legislator is
not required to report specified information under specified
circumstances if reporting the information would violate standards of
client confidentiality or professional conduct; etc.
